The standard vacuum lifting beams AERO-BASIC are designed from heavy and hard-wearing materials for use in tough/adverse industrial environments without affecting their life expectancy. Guaranteed work and operator safety are ensured by the generously sized vacuum reservoir equipped with an intelligent warning device.
The beams are for lifting smooth and air-tight plates. They are typically used for lifting steel and aluminium sheets but can also lift synthetic plates, glass, plastics, PVC and other air-tight items without problems.
Product variants
The AERO-BASIC vacuum lifters are available in different versions:
- Load capacities from 150 kg up to 2.000 kg
- From 4 up to 10 suction plates
- With 2 up to 5 cross beams
- Different suction plate diameters, cross beam lengths, handle lengths, suspension eyes, etc.
